My Apt is VERY quiet, which was so important to me. Parking is hard, so get a garage spot. Make sure you know if you have a spot or if they're putting you on a waiting list BEFORE you sign the lease (I was lied to and was on the waiting list for 7 months!). The gym is ok. Elevators always work; apt is not too hot or too cold; no bugs on my floor. The utilities got expensive with the RUBS system, so that sucked. Security lets ANYBODY in, so lock your doors! Windows are pretty noise-resistant; very important!
