happy so far From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/24/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   i've lived in park towne for almost a year and i really like it. i agree with the other comments, though - parking really does suck. you need to get a spot in the garage. it's a little expensive, but worth it (esp. when you try to find a spot outside at night or on the weekends). the grocery store downstairs is a huge bonus. location is good:close to fairmount park and you can take the shuttle into the city. i've never had any issues with the maint or office staff - they have all been nice. overall, i have not had any problems- i'm planning to renew my lease in august.
