Park Towne Place

sometimes good...sometimes bad. hope you don't count on the bus... From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/27/2006 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2006   Park Towne is sometimes a good place to live. Like today: my front door key (a digital "fob") stopped working. A security guard who is usually someone I loathe to have to deal with actually was helpful. Then Lindsay in the office was extremely helpful - and issued me a new fob. I expected a nightmare Memorial day weekend, but she took care of the problem right away. Park Towne could be a nice place to live if they wanted to be. Some bad: Unlike the morning "City" shuttle bus, which runs extremely reliably - the evening "City" shuttle bus is pathetic. Two weeks ago I waited at a corner in Center City for over 45 minutes and the Park Towne Shuttle bus never came. I got to see all of the other shuttle buses from the other apartment buildings in the city go by - but the shuttle bus for my apartment building never came. Why does Park Towne pay to have evening shuttle bus service if the bus company they contract doesn't provide the actual service they are paid to perform' It's a joke. Oh well, at least I got some exercise.
