DO NOT LIVE HERE!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/17/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   (1) management is non-existent...not concerned with tenants at all. (2)PTP would rather host events at Colleen's than improve living conditions. (3) parking is scarce at best...PTP will tow you for the fun of it. (4) I get my Saturday paper the following Wednesday. (5) unbelievable electric bill, probably highly inefficient appliances. (6) if you have a dish-washer, wash the dishes before you put them in. (7) things break constantly. (8) you get what you pay for at the Park Towne Projects.
