You've got to be kidding.
Elevators are out on a regular basis. Hot water or all water is shut off on a regular basis. Leaks on a regular basis, including raw sewage dripping in the lobby. No daytime security. Utilities jacked up at whim. Severe rent increases when renewing. Bugs and rodents common on the lower floors, periodic infestations on the upper floors. Packages stolen.
But worst of all, management doesn't give a damn no matter what you concern is...all you will hear is "Sorry, that's our policy". The management is, by far, the worst of any apartment building I have ever lived in. Sure, the people in the leasing office are friendly, but once you sign, welcome to hell.
