If you like living with rodents.... From: twosisters Date posted: 2/2/2007 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007   I lived at Park Town for two years and it was really the worst experience in my life. Roaches starting appearing after 2 weeks despite having no food and a very clean apartment. To top it off we lived on the 15th floor and had a RAT in our place, which came running from our bedroom area. Maintenance laughed and said they couldn't do anything about it. Five days later they set up a sticky trap. We had a horrible mouse problem, despite them trying to plug holes. It smelled horrible like trash throughout the entire building, especially in the warmer months. Security liked to sleep on the job and when not sleeping they liked to be rude. Worst of all is Management. I can't begin to describe their incompetencies. DO NOT LIVE HERE UNLESS YOU PREFER TENEMANT LIVING. IT IS A HORRIBLE, FILTHY PLACE
