They don't clean, they don't fix anything, they are slumlords!!!! I probably would be better off sleeping out with the homeless! My Apartment flooded only after two months of living here. It's getting ready to flood again! The walls are rotting near the floor. They knocked holes in all of my walls and never fixed the problem. The Security people do nothing but sleep and talk on the phone. I don't really think they have a maintenance office, they just say they do. It took them 3 days to get in to fix our flooded apartment. Which they didn't fix! None of the washers or dryers work and you have to call the people that installed them to fix them, not Park Towne. That should not be my job. There are bugs and rodents!! The basement smells like sewage. It's not healthy. I couldn't stay in my apartment after it flooded because the smell was so bad, and they never paid us back for having to stay in a hotel. They are the worst! No one cares unless you have the money for them to care! They charge $350 for you to use the pool and they don't even repaint it!!!! If you think about how much money the are bringing in, then why can't they fix up the place. It's falling apart from the ground up! They would be better off knocking the place down and starting over! The foundation is falling apart! The basement is always flooded. I've got photos and videos of everything! I feel like calling one of the news stations or going to the City about this place. If you want to live somewhere nice, DON'T LIVE HERE!!!!!!
