I've lived here for almost a year and decided to renew my lease for another year so it's not all bad (oh, and about the lease renewal - management is acting like I never went to their office and signed the papers - they said they would send me copies of my lease which they never did - so now I have to go back there and renegotiate before they play games and charge me for a month-to-month lease) Anyway, I'm lucky because I haven't seen any bugs or rodents to date. Neighbor noise is minimal. I feel pretty safe in the building too. The area is okay - not too bad for the price. The bad things about living in Park Towne (to name a few): living right next to the highway, apt is too bright at night, crappy ac system, sharing utility bills with everyone (not to mention the skyrocketing gas prices - their obviously ripping us off), disgusting laundry rooms, crappy looking building in general, random electricity and water turn offs, having to pay for the pool. Honestly, I am too lazy to move again so I decided to stay here, but if you see me here next year call me a dumbass.
