Park Towne Place

Been there and Done it...What ashame From: mommycat414 Date posted: 6/30/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   If they would get rid of the loousy management, perhaps the building would be a decent place to live. I lived at Parktowne for 5 years, and left in 2001 The management staff has always been loousy, as well as the maintaince workers. I left when the tenets weree expected to pay for utilites. Since then I have heard horror stories from PP residents about Rats, Mice, and Bed Bugs. License and Inspections should be contacted on this matter, and the residents should pool together and insist on changes for the money that they are spending. I am ashamed of Parktowne Place, overall it is a very convient place to live in the city....Maybe they should STOP reneting to the silver spoon Penn and Drexel Students.If you go over to the campus area, you will see the effect that the students have on housing...They are spoiled and don't care...What ashame for the working people,
