Park Towne Place

HORRIBLE From: LEAVINGPTP Date posted: 9/4/2007 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2007   Park Towne Place is a HORRIBLE place to live. The management office is rude, ignorant, and unresponsive to anything you may need. And God help you if you ever tell them you are moving out. You might as well stop living there the minute you tell them you are terminating your lease...the treat you like you never existed, no matter how long you actually lived there. The facilities are old, there are bugs in the hallways, the maintenance department can't fix anything right the first time (or second, third time). I would recommend NEVER living there if you have a choice (and by choice, I mean a card board box).
