Don't come here( reasonable, non biased review)

I've been at Park towne for 2 years now. I have tried to get past the disadvantages of living here, but they have forced me out. The pest control is non existent. You will see at least 1 cockroach per month here. The maintenance office acts as if they're doing you a favor by fixing things that are supposed to be working in the first place. It's pricey... even for an extra key, they'll charge you $50( go to a hardware store and make copies for a buck when you move in).
If you have a car- you will be miserable unless you pay a $175 monthly fee to park in the garage. I refused to pay this, so I had to wake up early morning on weekends to move my car to avoid tickets. It's a giant headache, and a lose-lose situation no matter what you decide to do. If you're considering moving in here, tack on the $175 a month to your rent, it's a must, and management knows it.
The advantages... location, on site grocery store, etc... Park Towne is also remodeling everything right now, but that most likely means rent will be increased from what you see on this date, 10/28/07.
Don't come here. Although the location is great, rodents, insects, parking and ignorant management will drive you out.
