What isn't mentioned is the alarmly high cost of utilites at Parktown, to the point that it is prohibitive to many residents. Numerous questions to AIMCO have gone unanswered. AIMCO has been approached for 2 years to produce the PUC,gas and water bills. AIMCO claims equitable distrbution of costs. Impossible! 1 bedroom charge per month $110.00. This charge to many residents who spend less than 11 hours in their apratment.$ 65.00 for electric, hardly. AIMCO's response, you don't like it leave.
Makes you feel so welcome. I've been here 11 years, time to go where I'm not treated like a squatter

exactly why im moving out of this dump. how can their utility billing method be legal? they must be charging extra and pocketing it b/c it mkaes no sense how high the utility charges are and how no one will explain why!
