You are kidding, right? $1000 for a small studio, single resident, $72 for GAS this last month with Ista. Cheap it is not.

I agree ... definitely this review was written by the management office...bacause honestely I know a lot of people in all 4 buildings now and none of them are happy. And yes it is possible to find at better price or at least if you pay this amount of money you will definitely have a better service and quality of life compared to Park Towne.

This post is definitely from the management...no tenant would have ever said this and not mentioned any of the numerous, persistent and neglected problems. To a person, no one who lives there is without complaint...elevators not working, bugs, no hot water, sometimes no heat, slow to make repairs, totally unresponsive management. Just consider the original post to be management spam.
