This is a wonderful location but it is such a scam! they try to present sucha nice place, but they dont give a crap about current tenants, just the future tenants they want to suck into their scam. I can not beleive how muich they force me to pay for my utilities. They do this thing called Ratio Utility Billing in which no one has control over the amount they pay on their utilities b/c they arent charged based on their actual usage, but instead on a calculation that assumes your usage based on the squarefootage of you apt and the number of peopel living in your unit. I have to pay $300/ month for a 2bed 1 bath apartment! And my roomates and I are seroious energy savers. There is no way we use that much electricity! I lived in an apartment with 4 bed, 4 baths and 4 people for 3 years before Park Towne and never payed over $100/month for utilities!
I am never living here again!

what you are paying for right now is the construction that is going on too...someone has to pay for that electrical expense that is why are bills have gone up. My predictin is ---park towne wil go out of business or something will hppen...I have four mpty apartmens on my floor that have been empty for over a month....The people who have been living here for years have been content.......now they are making these changes and they are just ugly.....the people who will be able to live here will not want to ....and the people who live here now can not.....they need to figure this out soon or they will loose a lot of money....
