I feel compelled to write this review because it really is that bad...

I love my apartment. We have a corner apartment with an amazing view of the city and a balcony. That's where the good things about Park Towne end...

Because we're on the end there is absolutely no noise in my bedroom, BUT we just got new neighbors on the other side and they are extremely loud. The utility bill is OUTRAGEOUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I conserve energy like CRAZY and it doesn't matter. My dishwasher has been broken since we moved in. When we moved in the dishwasher, microwave, oven, and laundry machines on the floor were broken. There was puke on the floor that I didn't see in the walk through that I had to clean myself because they wouldn't answer my maintenance requests. All of the drains in the apartment were clogged. Parking is a nightmare, but many places don't offer free parking so I guess it's not all that bad. The garage fee is ridiculous, especially since there are so many open spaces.

Security is a joke. There are some nice people, but you have to go out of your way to get them to smile or get your packages. They lose things and forget to tell you that you have a package alllllll the time. They are extremely LAZY and very unprofessional. The basement is repulsive and I can't imagine how people actually live down there. The basement door in my building has been propped open and broken since I moved in. VERY UNSAFE!

My apartment is really nice, but everything else is terrible. The utility bill alone makes it not worth checking out. Save yourself the time and check out the 5 other apartment buildings on Ben Franklin Pkwy.

Please dont move in here, or if you already here get the hell out!!! utilities for the month of march increased by almost $100.. no one knows why, and the management office wont pick up the phone. very poor service.

I totally agree. I just got my lease renewal and I got an increase of 105$ per month for a studio and the utilities went up by 40$ this month (120$/month). The walls are paper thin and if you are not lucky like me and you have a noisy neighbord it is a real nightmare. Even on the other side, even if my neighbords are nice, I can hear them talking as soon as they are in their apartment. Don't move here!!!!! I can't wait to get out of this place.
