Don't be fooled by the "brand new" exterior. Apartments are old, run down, in need of repart! 20 layers of institution-white paint globbed on your walls and everywhere else. Old bathroom fixtures, a toilet that takes 10 minutes to finish flushing before you can flush again, air/heater with no temperature controls besides Lo Med Hi... Maintenance DOES NOT respond to requests and takes a month or more! On at least 2 occassions, we saw asbestos signs and workers in full out white suits and masks, but never ANY notice from management about there being an asbestos problem.
OH and once your lease is up, good luck getting a hold of someone in management to tell them you are not renewing. They somehow 'didn't get the message', or receive your note, or put two and two together that the freight elevator you reserved was to move your ---- out of the dump that PT is... Instead, they automatically convert you to month-to-month - base rent $300.

I get high, med & low also on the switch, but it really makes no difference in force/temperature whichever way I turn it, other than off! And they have us PAY for this utility when we can't even control temperature to our comfort level? WHAT A JOKE!
