I have lived here since Feb of this year. You cannot beat the location, parking and ammenities in the Art Museum area for the price. Apartments are not new, but views make up for that mostly. Never (knock on wood) have experienced any bug, mice, roach, etc issue, or have seen any anywhere. Nothing really negative to say except that the outdoor parking does seem to fill up fast but I image its still a good deal seeing as if its not any extra money to park outside. Not sure what all the bad reviews are. I hope this helps anyone looking to move, this place is really not all bad (so far), and I would even recommend to people.

Um, with a name of "parktowneok" I'm thinking it is management.
That being said even if not, I was also happy with PTP 4 months into our experience there. It was after about maybe a year we started to get frustrated, and after a year and a half we became disgusted. The bad things don't really appear until you have to ask management or maintenance for something - then when you have to wait 5 weeks to get a toilet fixed and don't get it until you leave a nasty message, you start to question how "good" the complex actually is. I can't deny good locale, beautiful views, and even good amenities, but the price is too high for the lack of service given by maintenance and management.
