Abysmal and Dishonest Management--Avoid at All Costs, esp parents of young kids!

Park Towne Place has terrible service. They are terrible about providing written documentation for everything, dont' fix anything, and are not transparent about the lead content in the building. When we asked about the lead content of the building that they are required to provide by law, they withheld information from us, told us "maybe you'd be happier somewhere else," and then refused to return out deposit. New parents beware! And don't count on them fixing anything on time, either. The management is terrible and takes forever to get back to you about anything. We decided not to live there after they gave us the run-around about lead and cost issues. Avoid this place like the plague!
