My experience living here was ok. I moved out in September. Maintenance is horrible. You can make requests till you get blue in the face, they may or may not show up. The one time they did show up, I came home to find one of my wine glasses broken.
The management office is the worst! They never return calls. Even if you are trying to lease a new apt. Their system is so disorganized. They are never 'able' to follow up on any submitted paperwork, it somehow goes off into space. And everyone gives you the run around with any issue you have. You can never get a straight story. And forget about the $5oo deposit. It gets whittled down to $200 for all sorts of 'fees'. And it takes them 6 weeks to give it back to you!

Check HEAVILY into the "fees" that were put into your deposit. My fiance and I moved out last May and I was so outraged at what they were trying to charge us that we physically went in to dispute it and they literally negated just about all of the charges.
