This place was seriously a joke. When I came in to look at the place, they showed me an apartment that was supposedly identical to the one I'd be moving into. WRONG. The day I came to move in, I already had problems. The master bedroom shower was DISGUSTING. looked as if it was never cleaned, the shower stall floor of it was painted over and chipping up. It was nasty. I told managment about the problem right away-and until the day i moved out it was never fixed. I wrote countless letters, called a million times, and no one wanted to help me. It was a NIGHTMARE. Not to mention the mice problem, or the roaches. or the awful job they did at laying down the carpet. You can throw feeling safe out the window as well, because the doormen were always asleep! Best part about it was the balcony- which i had to hassle them from the beginning to repaint. Overall-not worth the money, 1,500 a month...for what''' Matinence & Managment are TERRIBLE! If you move in there, Don't expect them to do anything for you. oh, and the "Gym" they have.. is soo small & hardly any of the machines even work.
