I know I will be blasted because this is a good review but who cares. Nothing is really as bad as they say. They have plenty of positives for it being a high-rise. I mean really, you live in Philadelphia in high-rises...do you honestly think everything is going to be awesome. Here's a positive...they have some events person on-site that plans stuff like wine nites, movies, pool parties, and lots of fitness classes. I've made some decent friends as a result of these things. I also heard that a coffee-type shop was coming soon too. The gym is pretty sweet and maintenance is ok (I mean have you ever lived somewhere where it was good') You can either have a positive outlook or a negative outlook on your living situation. I guess I just choose to have a positive one :)

Yeah, I bet you think that racism and discrimination don't exist, either. Don't negate 85% of the other people's experiences that have lived here just because you've been there for a couple of months and haven't yet seen the best PTP has to offer. In case you haven't noticed, only 19% of the people actually would recommend this place. The place is a dump. If they were only charging $100 month I would kind of expect all the mice, roaches, and management straight ignoring me and everyone else, but upwards of $1000 for a studio and this was the treatment I got? Never again I pray they go under in this economy. Maybe someone with morals will buy it up and treat their customers like the gold they are. After all, if you all weren't spending your money to live there, they wouldn't have a business. Kinda makes all these unhappy people an essential, huh?

I heard that a coffee shop was coming a year ago...still waiting. No restaurant, no bar, the former gourmet supermarket is now no better than a quickie mart. No security, they're always away from their posts now. People getting attacked and it gets hushed up.
The the new exercise room is nice, but that's about it. This place is way overpriced and the management could care less about you once you sign the lease. If you're young and don't know better, fine.
Civilized people move out when their one year lease is up. The turnover is higher than anyplace I've ever lived. People leave in droves every summer.
19% approval says it all.
