Park Towne is not the safest place to live. Yes, there are "security guards" in every building, but they do absolutely nothing to ensure the people that enter actually live there or visiting a resident - Not the best feeling in the world when added to the other security issues of this place (girl was attacked in the parking garage). As a young girl living alone in a studio I was glad to move out.

Another negative: the management has serious attitude. They are some of the most immature people you will ever meet.

Also, laundry equipment is absolute crap and just takes your money half the time.

Positives:

-Nice size apartments, plenty of closet space.
-The shuttle is very convenient.
-Maintenance responds to requests in a timely manner. (Problems were always taken care of within 48 hours)
-Very convenient supermarket
-Beautiful new gym.

To be honest, this place improved within the time I lived there (1 1/2 yrs)as management changed. Security is better, but still has a LONG way to go.

I would recommend living here only if you are not living alone.
