Management and Manager are the Pits

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003
 
It's a waste to time asking the manager for anything, such as repairs... Everything is "beyond her scope of authority." All she does is show apartments to prospective tenants. Do prospective tenants a favor and tell them to stay away. I wish someone would have told me. Moving to Parkway House was a huge mistake. The building is a dump. Luckily I got out.
