You would think that when i go to a management company money in hance, looking for an apartment they would go out of their way to dazzle me and sell me on their properties.

Well, I had an appointment to see 6 properties, I get there and am told they can only show me 3 due to the fact that the people that i had the appointment with was also running an open house and could not leave the site. Therefore I call the main office and tell them my delema and the fact that these apartments were not at all what i wanted, i told the woman to keep that in mind in booking my appointments, finally 1.5 weeks later after leaving 17 voicemails on 4 different peoples voicemails and several emails in different people's email boxes she calle dto let me know that the one property i really wanted was being rented out as we speak. but she'll cal me back, finally i get a hold of her 4 days later. she sets me up for and appt to see 4 places, all of which where not in the price range i had asked for. Then my mother-in-law and I get to the office and the gentleman that was suppossed to show the properties was appeasing an upset tenant and was escorted right out of the office. So they call in a new girl to show me the properties and we ALL walk about 11 blocks and up 4 flights of stairs and the girl was given the wrong keys. At this point i was completely discouraged!!! I asked if this was the treatment that I would receive and the confusion that I would encounter when i have a plumbing problem. I was told "saturdays are hectoc because of the open houses". Well, what if my plumbing break on a saturday. Well, they did manage to show me a decent place after all this, but there were some things that need fixing and replacing, and i asked if they could be, I was told that they would let me know. Well, I haven't heard a word.
