The others that wrote on this website seemed to be generally upset. I can understand some of their thoughts. The fire a few months ago was scary, but it wasnt managements' fault. One of our own tenants caused the fire and it was taken care of appropriately. And if you are so scared of a fire then get your own smoke alarms to be more secure. I will not lie..the heating and cooling of the building does tend to be a bit annoying but you cant expect perfection in an older building which i believe exudes a lot of charm and character. I have never had any problems with any of the management executives. They have all been more then willing to help and truthfully my apt has not had many difficulties at all maintence wise. Atleast not more then what you would expect in any city apartment building. I have had a wonderful experience for the past 6 years at this residence and i would recommend it to anyone. The location is superb and the building yet older is in terrific condition.
