This building and the management are beyond gross. The manager can not properly manage the building. Considering the company she works for, she is probably employee of the month. If you move here, make sure you get everything in writing, such as repairs/replacements which are to be performed before you move in. Otherwise, you can forget about it. Other than smiling a lot and losing rent checks, the manager is totaly useless. Living here is like living in at the town dump.
