This building is charming. The front desk girls are charming. Mary is a nightmare. She has made several unkept promises and tried to turn the blame on you when she fails. The heat is ridiculous, but I've had no problems with anyone or anything except stuffy Mary and her phony smile. I recommend this apartment to beginners. It's a great location and safe. Just be prepared for the nightmare that is MARY!
