lovely views, no heat or ac From: fmrtenant Date posted: 3/6/2004 Years at this apartment: 1998 - 2004   I lived there for 6 years or so. Great location. Endured water damage, smoke damage, faulty fire alarm system, lack of maintainance,management and response to tenant complaints. Why did I stay' Close to my job,public transportation, great view, not to mention some good neighbors. However, every day was a new adventure in building tolerance for the inept and dangerous building conditions and skyrocketing rents. (100% increase in 6 years)Finally moved to a building where stuff works! Imagine that! Don't go there!
