what a shame philadelphia management ran this building into the ground. it could be a great building, but, alas, philadelphia management a/k/a a slum landlord, has put a dumb, do-nothing, don't care/could care less, take no action, lie, lazy manager in charge. and u wonder why the building is a filty shack'
