We looked at a studio apartment and decided to take it, so we decided to put it on hold and we gave a security deposit. We asked if we neede to sign anything they said nothing all they needed was a security deposit. Then 2 days later they sold our apartment we had on hold and Mary told us we needed an application, deposit and 1 month's rent to put the apartment on hold. Even though she said she was going to give the deposit back she wasted our time and was very unproffesional. She even mentioned she called us, but when we checked the caller ID she called at 4:49 pm 10 mins before they closed, so we couldn't reach her, and when we tried calling her she would not take our call saying she has customers. Furthermore, when we left a call back number she again calls back 10 mins before they closed. I felt betrayed since we live about 1 hr away and they knew that and didn't even bother to consider our situation. If you consider renting an apartment here read the reviews and see that they have almost one thing in common Mary is the worst management personnel who ever run that place. And yet her employees say she's a -----.
