poor elevator service, graffiti, trash... From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/21/2005 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   seriously folks: read the reviews. if you want broken elevators, trash all over the outside, dirty conditions on the inside, graffiti on the outside, no a/c in the summer, a property manager who is only allowed to rent apartments, poor maintenance, and run around, big rent increases, then this is the apt bldg for u. enjoy it, but the projects near temple u are a lot cheaper for the same services and overall condition.
