MARY'S HANDS WERE TIED. PHILA MGT IS THE ONE THAT KEEPS THE BLDG LOOKING LIKE A PIG STY. THEY PROBABLY DIDN'T WANT HER DOING ANYTHING. THEY ARE UNWILLING TO KEEP THE BLD UP AND MAINTAINED. EVEN THE CONDO CONVERTERS RAN THE OTHER WAY AFTER SEEING THIS POS. NOTHING WILL CHANGE IN THE BLD NOW THAT MARY IS GONE. TRUST ME
