Although the location is great, the apartments are not worth it. While the complex boasts a 24hr concierge service for security, apartments have been known to be robbed, even while tenants were there. Getting something fixed can easily take well over 2-3 weeks...and things break often. I have personally had my ceiling cave in twice. The concierges are nice, but they have no power or authority to help you in any way. The management is a nightmare. They are rude and very unhelpful. You can not control the heat or AC, so please be prepared to sweat or freeze 90% of the time. Cockroaches. While the rent may be slightly lower than neighboring bldgs, it is worth paying $50 extra a month to live in a luxury bldg, where you are treated well.
