Old and falling apart

This place seems ideal because its near Kelly Dr and across from the park. But, once you've moved inside, its a living nightmare. First of all, the management controls the heat and AC, so they turn it on when they want to whatever temp they want. Usually you will either freeze or boil. Often, they turn of the water. They have a serious cockroach problem that the management addresses by sending shoddy exterminators. The bldg is just old and needs alot of maintenance that they are not willing to provide. If you have to deal with the staff, please take two tylenols beforehand, as you will need it. BTW...apartments have been broken into. Too expensive for what you get.
