Parkway House

From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/19/2002 Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2002   The good things about the Parkway House are its location, the maintenance, and the rent which is relatively reasonable. The bad things include: not being able to control your heat or air conditioning so it can be either really hot or really cold and sometimes they turn off the heat in the middle of the winter; having maintenance work done in your apartment without your permission-we recently had all of our windows replaced along with all of the other apartments in the building and the crew left our apartment in a disaster; the water is often shut off for maintenance work, and a complex that is relatively old.
