Even though they got rid of that nightmare Mary, this place is still one of the biggets headaches of my life. Instead of fixing things properly (and I have come to find out, living in 2 Philadelphia Management properties) they cover the problem by slapping on a new coat of paint and ignoring the problem. I have been living with 8 inch bulges across my bedroom floor because of a leaky radiator and 2 weeks ago, a drainage pipe burts above my closet causing $7,000 worth of damage. Management does NOTHING to help you once they have your signature on their lease forms. They are inpatient slackers. If oyu have a problem, don't think about going to them for help. No way will they "make the call" to get it fixed. They have owed me $250 for the referral I did 2 years ago, I will never see a penny of this. DO NOT give any more of Philadelphia Management's properties your business. All they want is your money, they have no interest in providing a suitable living space.
