Once again Philadelphia Management putts an idiot in the position of "Property Manager." Bea has no idea how to manage an apartment building let alone a staff. The Parkway House is in a great location but there are far too many problems in the building. The only ones who seem to care and do anything to help you are the maintenance and front desk staff. She doesn't do anything to help the residents. There are some long term residents in the building. The building has gone way down hill in the last 6 months. Philadelphia Management needs to step up and get a manager who has knowledge property management. I have been living in the building for several years and nothing has been getting done ever since Philadelphia Management brought Bea on board. She totaly worthless. I pay my rent on time and I see that my money is going right down the drain. All the residents need to get together and discuss all the issues with the poor management of the building. Philadelphia Management please do your resident a favor and get right of the property manager before you start to loose your residents. My lease will be ending within the next 3 months and I plan on NOT renewing. If you're looking for a decent place to live where you have a good property manager that knows what she's doing then do yourself a favor and DON'T move into The Parkway House, you'll be very sorry you did!!!!
