Parkway House

finally From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/26/2005 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005   Parkway House is a beautiful building. It's apartments are more appealing than most. The floorplans are fantastic. The views are also something to see. There have been many problems in the past, but I think finally there is someone who really cares about the building and is trying to tak care of things the way it should be. One BIG problem was the elevators. They are now in the process of being rebuilt. I understand that it may take some time. But, at lease it's finally being done. Maintenance is taen care of in a propert time frame. Some tenants say there is a bug problem,but I don't have any. I think if you take care of your apartment propertly the bug problem will take care of itself. I have enjoyed living here at the Parkway House and plan to stay for awhile. I think the manager is great and the staff is also helpful. The manager tries to help with problems and takes an interest if you have a problem. Parking is not a problem, there is a garage and off street prarking.
