NO WAY STAY AWAY

I've had nothing but problems since I moved into the Parkway House. Don't be fooled by its appearance. The residences look very nice, but it really is an awful place to live. My apartment was not ready for me to move in on the day my lease started and the apartment was not clean. I've had water damage from the apartment above me that took weeks to be repaired, and the repair job was awful and made a huge mess in my apartment. Pieces of paint are falling from my ceiling. The ceiling and the walls are cracking horribly...I'm embarassed to have people over. I have requested for them to come back and repair the walls but they have yet to do so. Maintenance requests must be issued at least 2 or 3 times for anything to be done. I have roaches running around that are completely disgusting. An exterminator has to come to the building once a week due to all of the bugs that are in the building. The elevators don't work. Half of the washing machines in the basement are broken. The property manager does not know how to run a building and she is very rude. I have lived here for less than one year and I am counting down the days until my lease is up. I will run and never look back. It is definitely not worth the money. Look elsewhere or you will regret it.
