I have lived in four apartments in Philly over ten years and this is the worst one yet! The only thing good about the place are the nice people who work at the front desk and the maintenance staff (who btw are being fired as we speak!). The elevators haven't worked properly here in two years and the Manager Bea is very arrogant and rude. She would rather have you move out then help you with your problem. And God forbid, you have a problem and are a day late with your rent check, she will send you an eviction notice from her counsel!! Overall, my two years here have been a complete disaster!
