Mice, cockroaches, unfriendly staff, year around hot

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
After one year it keeps getting worse. The elevators are under renovation, meaning sometimes a walk up to your apartment (very bad if you live anything over the 8th floor!) Very, very hot year around, yes even in the winter with the windows wide open wasn't even comfortable. The cherry on top has been the recent MICE problem along with cockroaches. The staff is very unsympathetic and always looks at you as if you??re interrupting their day when you need a service.
