My fianc and I lived there for quite some time. He lived there for 2 years and I lived there for a year. From the moment I was there I was counting down the months till I moved out. The management is horrible. Barbara is a mean, mean woman who made a bad living situation even worse. From the bad plumbing to the mice coming through the holes in the walls to the heating problems and break ins I would say living at the Parkway House was a total bummer.

I will say this again and again and again. DON'T LIVE THERE! Unless you want to take a shower and stand in mucky bath water b/c the plumbing is backed up. AND, unless you want to live with mice (we found 7 in one week b/c there are holes in the walls behind the fridge and throughout the entire place). UNLESS you want to deal with holes in the walls and shotty construction (we had 2 huge holes in our walls for 3 months b/c management said they were too busy to fix the holes that they made) UNLESS, you want to have plumbing from the apartment above and below to explode into your place ... don't live there!!! Management does not care, it's a bad place to live and the problems will not get fixed ever. The place will be condemned - it's just a matter of time.

There were way more things wrong with our place than I have time to tell you. What I have told you is just the icing on the cake. UNLESS, you want to be on here in a year writing the same thing keep looking. This is not an exaggeration at all that place is falling apart. You will be embarrassed to bring your family there!

I and countless other people have been attacked with a vengeance by bed bugs that just suck the blood out of us and permiate every aspect of our lives. Barabara is a cold hearted individual that does nothing whatsoever to help the dweller with their problem while she knows full well that this and other occurances have transpired. Criminal negligence? One wonders.
