I've lived here for less than a year and I love it. It's walking distance from Center city and a GREAT view. My maintenance requests do take a few wks to get done but they do get done. I am on a high floor so that may be why I've never seen a bug or a mouse. And every now and then one elevator will be out but there are two more! My only complaint would be with the staff. The maintenance men are not professional and flirt with the residents. The security guards clearly don't want to be there. But overall I love the place. Plus there's a bar, convenience store and dry cleaners. I recommend it.
