granted, i'm on the higher floors, so maybe the roaches and mice just have bad cardio and don't make it, but for the past two years or so that i've been living here - this place has been perfectly fine.
people are friendly and helpfull, it's an easy walk from the parkway, the museums, the park and river, center city and i have a kick-ass view.
granted, this is not a new building, but i have high ceilings, a wooden floor, and a great space that i could never find in old city.
so, overall - this place is just fine, thank you very much.
if you're looking to rent with reasonable pricing, space and great location - this is it.
oh, and pets are allowed. a BIG plus.
to sum it up: if the location and price work for you - you should come, take a look, and judge for yourself.
