I live there for three years while attending college. My apartment was HUGE, great price, and great location. Loved the deli located in the building and loved the staff while I was there (cleo, michelle, etc.) when I was leaving however they had been replaced by another security company so I don't know how well that went. The parking can be hard. But the apt. was safe. You would have to go by the front desk security to get in. The best part is the crazy lady Millie that lives there....pure entertainment! I would recommend it. I actually miss my apt. as it was my first (and last) Philly apt. Everyone in the building was very friendly and it is a good mix (families, young pro's, college students, elderly. Trust me my review is true and straight. I am actually on here trying to get a review on my next place in FL! Oh and I never had bugs or mice, etc. Never even saw any except every now and then down in the laundry room.

I was subjected to two(2) deeeply humiliating attacks of bedbugs while I lived there and in the time that they moved my belongings from one apartment to another, several of my personal belongings disappeared.
Combine this with un-announced entries into my apartment by third party contractors and you have the makings of major invasion of privacy and adirect violation on the lease.
I have seen cockroaches the size of small houses lurking in/on the freight elevator and the dying remains of one in my deserted apartment just before I moved out.
I was partially responsible for the removal of the late Barbara, and after was she and her toad friend Don Williams did, I was all for it.
Enough said.
