I moved in almost a year ago and I love this place! I looked past many of the poor reviews on this site because it was taken over by new management and the location and price was too good to pass up. The truth is this place has everything I was looking for- proximity to the city, large, clean, upgraded and dog and cat friendly! Do you have any idea how many luxury places DO NOT allow dogs in the city! Plus, I can walk my lab right out front of the property in Fairmont Park.
Each time a tenant moves out they gut rehab the apartments so everyone gets a new fridge, bathroom, paint, flooring and more. I have just resigned for another year because i cant find a better deal. The rooftop deck has one of the best views of the city. We partied up there for the 4th of July- it was so much fun. The irish bar on the first floor is fun and the deli / convenient store attached is a dream in the winter when you just have to walk downstairs and get whatever you need.

Writen by management. Philadelphia Management no longer involved? Don't think so. The place is a dump. They don't even clean the front of the building or sidewalks -- that says a lot about the maintenance.

Hahaha. This is hilarious. The parkway house and "luxury" do not belong in the same sentence. And you probably have not seen a cockroach because you work in the manager's office, which is quite nice and air conditioned, unlike the rest of the building. Get a real job and quit the slum lord business. "New floor" etc. haha!!! Anyone who comes to visit your apartments can see that this place is a rundown joke. Just give it up already.

people who have an axe to grind should just move out. you have plenty of choices so go find something better if you feel it is so terrible and let the people who enjoy the place be. i have really enjoyed living at the PWH since august of 08.
