This is the worst place I have ever lived. I am not angry or bitter about it, I just would feel bad not warning people, I wish I was. I don't want to rant about it, but I will be honest. Bed bugs are a fact, it was in the paper here. Roaches are a fact. Mice are everywhere. The noise from in and outside the apartment is unbearable. The office staff is just horribly rude. Her name is Karen and she only talks through email. If you arrive in person she will roll her eyes at you. There is NO AC as they say, just take a look at all the window units. The water shuts off in the afternoon about 3-4 times a week. Every time they say it is an "emergency". They will come to fix things quickly, but they break again in a couple days. The front desk people are generally nice, and the maintenance guys. Just not the management. OH, and read your lease very very carefully, or else you are in for tons of surprises. There have been several thefts lately. The place is being taken over by noisy college kids with no respect.
The building should be torn down, horrid conditions.
