This is by far, the worst place to live in Philadelphia. I had to break my lease...the ceiling collapsed in the kitchen area - not fixed. large roaches in my apartment - no help whatsoever. leak in bedroom causing mold on walls, ceiling, and floor - not fixed. This place is a joke. No one could pay me enough to ever consider living here.

I think it all depends on the apt you get. I have lived here for a little over a year and have had none of the problems you have had with your apt (though I have had other minor ones). I have only had to call maintenance once and they came up the same day. I guess I just got lucky with my specific apartment...but I wouldn't say it is the "worst" place to live in Philly. I have friends who have lived in far worse that Parkway House. (and for the record, I am not part of the management. Just because there are reviews that are not bad does not automatically mean they are part of management...some people actually enjoy living here...gasp!)

Wake up and smell the rodents. It is the worst apartment in all of Philly. What are you, part of the management???
