You walk into the lobby and it tells it all. It looks like a hotel that was once prosperous now on it last legs. The carpet is filthy. Most common areas are badly in need of paint. Everywhere you look is in need of maintenance. Management is rude. Marlene is nasty and has a practice of pretending not to know what you are talking about. You have a legitimate complaint and she acts dazed and confused or tells you that you are mistaken. The maintenance staff have always been professional. In my opinion, management is not the least bit professional or proficient in their duties. I would not recommend the building to anyone!!!!!
