I used to live here a while ago and it was a place I even considered moving back to while relocating.
If you can get a garage space, its even better!!! No parking lot parking. When I lived there, the community was not gated, but it would be very easy to make it so. I think it would add a bit of safety for the parking area. I never had any trouble, but it IS philadelphia.
The apartments themselves are quite spacious and you even get additional storage space in the basement. There is a laundry room in the basement as well.
The views are nice, and I never had any trouble with the maintenance staff. Everything was adequately repaired.
